Esta Política de Privacidad describe cómo Naubat Technologies S.L. (“Naubat”, “nosotros”, “nuestro”) recopila, utiliza y protege la información de las personas que utilizan la aplicación móvil Naubat y los servicios asociados (en conjunto, los “Servicios”).
Nos tomamos muy en serio la privacidad y tratamos los datos de forma responsable, segura y conforme al Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y demás normativa aplicable.
Al crear una cuenta o utilizar los Servicios, aceptas esta Política de Privacidad.

2. Datos que recogemos

a) Datos proporcionados por el usuario

Recopilamos únicamente la información necesaria para ofrecerte nuestros servicios y mejorar su funcionamiento:

  • Nombre.
  • Correo electrónico: para crear tu cuenta, identificarte y poder comunicarnos contigo.
  • Datos del vehículo: marca, modelo y tamaño de la batería (proporcionados al registrarte o al configurar la app).
  • Dirección postal: en casos de envío de dispositivos de prueba.
  • Datos de pago: se gestionarán mediante proveedores externos como Stripe, sin que Naubat almacene información bancaria.

b) Datos recogidos automáticamente (Google Analytics)

Utilizamos Google Analytics, un servicio de análisis web proporcionado por Google LLC, para entender cómo los usuarios interactúan con nuestra web. Google Analytics recoge información como:

  • Páginas visitadas
  • Tiempo de permanencia
  • Ubicación aproximada
  • Tipo de dispositivo y navegador
  • Acciones realizadas en la Web

Esta información se recopila de forma anónima y se utiliza únicamente con fines estadísticos y de mejora del sitio web. Google puede utilizar estos datos conforme a sus propias políticas: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Puedes desactivar el seguimiento de Google Analytics mediante herramientas como Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

c) Datos técnicos

Durante el uso de la aplicación se recopilan datos de funcionamiento del vehículo y del entorno, tales como:

  • Parámetros del vehículo obtenidos mediante protocolos UDS/OBD-II.
  • Coordenadas GPS del teléfono y datos del acelerómetro, para calcular trayectos y métricas de conducción.
  • Identificador del vehículo, fecha y hora de cada registro.

Estos datos se vinculan a un identificador interno (userId), no al correo electrónico, de modo que Naubat no asocia directamente los datos técnicos con la identidad personal del usuario.

3. Uso de datos y finalidad

Utilizamos la información que recopilamos con los siguientes fines:

  • Prestación del servicio: mostrar al usuario sus métricas, trayectos, consumo, estado de batería u otros resultados derivados.
  • Mantenimiento y mejora: optimizar la precisión de los algoritmos y la calidad de la experiencia de usuario.
  • Análisis estadístico: elaborar informes agregados sobre hábitos de uso, patrones de conducción o degradación de baterías.
  • Desarrollo de productos y colaboraciones: generar estadísticas y datos agregados que puedna utilizarse para proyectos de investigación o acuerdos comerciales.
  • Comunicación con los usuarios: responder consultas, ofrecer soporte técnico y coordinar pruebas o envíos de hardware.
  • Cumplimiento legal y seguridad: prevenir abusos, garantizar la integridad del servicio y atender obligaciones legales.

4. Base legal para el tratamiento

El tratamiento de los datos se realiza conforme a las siguientes bases jurídicas:

  • Ejecución del contrato: necesaria para prestar el servicio solicitado (creación de cuenta, visualización de métricas, soporte).
  • Interés legítimo: para mejorar la calidad del servicio, analizar datos de forma agregada o garantizar la seguridad técnica.
  • Consentimiento: cuando el usuario proporciona información adicional (por ejemplo, al participar como beta tester o al aceptar comunicaciones comerciales).

Cuando sea aplicable, el consentimiento podrá retirarse en cualquier momento escribiendo a info@naubat.com, sin afectar al uso de la app ni a la legalidad del tratamiento previo.

5. Con quién compartimos los datos

Naubat no vende, alquila ni comparte datos personales identificables con terceros.

Podremos, no obstante, compartir datos completamente anonimizados o agregados (sin posibilidad de identificación individual) con terceros colaboradores o partners comerciales, únicamente con fines de análisis, investigación o desarrollo de productos.

Asimismo, para garantizar la operatividad de los Servicios, utilizamos proveedores tecnológicos que tratan datos en nuestro nombre ("encargados de tratamiento"):

  • Amazon Web Services.
  • Hubspot.
  • Holded.
  • Mailerlite.
  • Y otros servicios similares.

Todos ellos ofrecen garantías adecuadas de cumplimiento del RGPD, incluyendo cláusulas contractuales tipo y mecanismos de transferencia internacional seguros.

6. Conservación de los datos

Los datos se almacenan de forma segura en servidores de AWS, ubicados en la Unión Europea o en regiones que ofrecen un nivel equivalente de protección conforme al RGPD.

  • Los datos personales se conservan mientras la cuenta permanezca activa o hasta que el usuario solicite su eliminación.
  • Los datos técnicos anonimizados podrán conservarse indefinidamente con fines estadísticos, analíticos o de investigación, dado que no permiten identificar al usuario.

Todos ellos ofrecen garantías adecuadas de cumplimiento del RGPD, incluyendo cláusulas contractuales tipo y mecanismos de transferencia internacional seguros.

7. Seguridad de los datos

Aplicamos medidas técnicas y organizativas razonables para proteger la información, incluyendo:

  • Cifrado de comunicaciones (HTTPS).
  • Control de accesos y credenciales.
  • Almacenamiento separado de datos personales y técnicos.
  • Copias de seguridad y monitorización de incidencias.

Aunque adoptamos buenas prácticas de seguridad, ningún sistema es completamente infalible. El uso de la aplicación implica aceptar este riesgoresidual inherente a toda comunicación digital.

8. Derechos del usuario

Tienes derecho a:

  • Acceder a tus datos personales
  • Solicitar la rectificación o supresión de tus datos
  • Oponerte al tratamiento
  • Solicitar la limitación del tratamiento
  • Solicitar la portabilidad de los datos

Para ejercer tus derechos, puedes escribirnos a info@naubat.com. Naubat atenderá las solicitudes en los plazos establecidos por la legislación aplicable. Si consideras que tu información no ha sido tratada adecuadamente, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país.

9. Cambios en esta Política

Podremos actualizar esta Política de Privacidad para reflejar cambios en los servicios, en la normativa o en nuestras prácticas.
